Growing up at the foot of the Bull Run Mountains, Anna learned a deep appreciation for the land and those living and working on it. During her time at the University of Minnesota Law School, Anna worked with The Nature Conservancy on land and water rights in the West, with the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in northern Minnesota on energy and environmental issues, and spent time on regional watershed planning with Minnesota’s local watershed districts. She also worked on community coalition building with the Lake Street Greenway Partnership, a grassroots community effort to revitalize a historically vibrant ethnic community in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

After graduating, Anna was thrilled to return to the Virginia Piedmont and join the Rappahannock office of Walker Jones, PC, where she looks forward to serving the community with diligence and dedication.

In her free time, Anna enjoys reading poetry, working with native plants, and hiking with her basset hound, Georgia.
